Define what stays on
A useful backup plan starts with a deliberate set of appliances rather than the whole building by default.
Size the power and the energy
The inverter needs to handle running and starting demand. The battery needs enough usable energy for the intended backup duration.
Understand how it recharges
Solar, grid or generator charging arrangements must be compatible with the equipment and installation design. Ask what happens after a long outage or a cloudy day.
Make the next step a practical one.
Start with an appliance list and your intended usage hours. Our calculator offers a first estimate, not a final design or guaranteed runtime.

Can solar power my freezer or air conditioner?
It can be designed for those loads, but running watts, compressor starting demand, operating hours and battery storage all matter. Share the actual appliance ratings for an assessment rather than relying on a generic package.
Will my system work during the rainy season?
Solar panels can generate in daylight even under cloud, but output is lower and varies with conditions. Battery storage, conservative system design and an appropriate backup plan are important.
How do I know what size I need?
Start with a list of appliances, their running watts and daily usage. Our calculator gives a preliminary energy estimate. An on-site assessment and equipment compatibility checks are still needed before installation.
